ted a gentle Liver Detox Herbal Tea Blend to nourish, cleanse, and restore balance, drawing on centuries of herbal wisdom to support the body’s natural detox pathways.
The Herbal Allies Inside
This blend combines traditional liver-supporting herbs with soothing allies for digestion and balance:
Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale) – A classic detoxifying herb that supports liver function and healthy digestion.
Milk Thistle Herb (Silybum marianum) – Rich in silymarin, known for its protective and restorative effects on liver cells.
Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica) – Mineral-rich and nourishing, nettle supports the body’s cleansing systems.
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – Calming to the nervous system and gentle on digestion, helping restore inner balance.
Peppermint (Mentha piperita) – Refreshing, cooling, and supportive of healthy digestion.
Ginger Root (Zingiber officinale) – Warming and stimulating, helping circulation and easing digestive sluggishness.
Recipe: Liver Detox Tea Blend
Ingredients:
2 tsp Dandelion Root
1 tsp Milk Thistle Herb
1 tsp Nettle Leaf
1 tsp Lemon Balm
1 tsp Peppermint
1 tsp Ginger Root
Method:
Use 1–2 teaspoons of the dry blend per cup.
Place all herbs into a teapot or infuser.
Pour over 250ml freshly boiled water.
Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes to allow the full flavour and properties to infuse.
Strain and sip slowly, allowing your body to absorb the warmth and nourishment.
