Each herb in this blend has been chosen for its calming and restorative qualities:
Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) – Known for its gentle sedative effect, chamomile helps ease tension and restlessness.

Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis) – Traditionally used to support deep, restorative sleep and reduce sleeplessness.

Recipe: Sleep Well Tea Blend
Ingredients :
2 tsp Chamomile
1 tsp Lemon Balm
1 tsp Valerian Root
1 tsp Tulsi
1 tsp Lavender
1 tsp Rose Petals
Method:
Use 1–2 teaspoons of the dry blend per cup.
Add herbs to a teapot or infuser.
Pour over 250ml freshly boiled water.
Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes to fully release the calming properties.
Strain and sip slowly in a quiet, dimly lit space before bedtime.
