  • If using Valerian Root, avoid combining with other sedatives and alcohol.

    Avoid use during pregnancy unless advised by a practitioner.

    Safe for nightly use; discontinue if grogginess persists into morning.

  • Use 1 - 2 tsp of dry blend per cup of freshly boiled water.

    Steep covered for 10 - 15 minutes and then strain.
