  • Do not use honey if your child is under the age of 1.

    Always strain well, especially when using herbs with fine flowers such as Chamomile and Lavender.

    Avoid Chamomile if your child has a known ragweed allergy.

    This blend is safe for children 5yrs+ and is gentle enough for regular use.

  • Use 1 - 1.5 tsp of the dry blend per 1 cup of freshly boiled water.

    Steep covered for 5 -7 minutes, then strain thoroughly.

    Cool to a warm, drinkable temperature.

    Give 1/2 - 1 cup, about 30 minutes before bedtime.

    Optional: Sweeten with a little honey (for children aged above 1 year) or serve with a splash of your favourite warm milk.
